Let’s connect! Through a video or phone call, we’ll discuss your project goals and creative vision for your brand, website, or social media presence. This is where we dive into your needs, preferences, and expectations to set the foundation for success.

Step 2: Tailored Proposal

After reviewing your design brief and project requirements, we’ll provide a clear cost estimate and timeline. Once you approve the proposal, settle the activation fee, and share the necessary content, we’ll book your project into our schedule to ensure a seamless process.

Step 3: Design Kick-Off

With your project officially booked, we start crafting your design! Using your content, style preferences, and approvals, we bring your vision to life. You’ll be involved every step of the way, with two rounds of revisions to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your goals.

Step 4: Launch & Delivery

Once the design is finalised and approved, we’ll deliver all files in your preferred formats. For websites, we’ll ensure everything is fully optimised and ready for launch, so you can make a lasting impression.

Step 5: Post-Launch Support

We don’t just leave you hanging! Our post-launch support includes guidance for implementing your new designs and optional monthly retainers for ongoing updates or future enhancements. Whether you’re refreshing your branding or optimising your digital presence, we’ve got you covered.

Your Questions, Answered

The timeline for your project depends on its scope and complexity. After the quote is approved and the deposit is received, we’ll provide an estimated completion date. Please note that delays in providing feedback or necessary materials may extend the timeline. Restart fees may apply if a project is paused for an extended period.

Our payment structure is simple:

  • A 60% non-refundable deposit is required for projects over R1000.
  • Projects under R1000 require full payment upfront.
  • For urgent projects, a 70% deposit is required.
  • Retainer payments for social media services must be made at the start of the month.

Final payments are due before the project handover, and we accept bank transfers or subscription payments via PayFast.

Once the final payment is settled, we’ll send you the completed files in the agreed-upon formats, as outlined in your project scope.

We offer two rounds of revisions with every project to ensure you’re happy with the outcome. Additional revisions can be arranged from R480 per revision. We value your input throughout the process to make sure the final result matches your expectations.

Our quotes are comprehensive, but they do not include:

  • Third-party software, plugins, or licensing fees
  • IT support or email setup (available upon request)
  • Support beyond the initial two-week after-sales support period for hosting clients. Any further support is available at R350 per hour

Ad hoc work or additional requests will be quoted separately, ensuring there are no hidden costs.
